CLIENTEspresso Bar Dashboard
A one-screen dashboard for a cafe owner that lines up sales, foot traffic, staff hours and bean sales.
Result: built for a real espresso bar that also sells its own beans.
How it works →Most tools ask you to type your numbers in. Mine go and get them, then turn them into one picture and one clear next move. For you, or for your client.

CLIENTA one-screen dashboard for a cafe owner that lines up sales, foot traffic, staff hours and bean sales.
Result: built for a real espresso bar that also sells its own beans.
How it works →
The owner of an espresso bar that also roasts and sells its own specialty beans.
The numbers that matter lived in different places: the till, the roster, foot traffic and bean sales. Nobody could see on one screen whether today was building the business or just keeping it busy.
Daily actions tied to long-term goals. The owner sees which lever to pull today, not a wall of reports.
Client numbers in the image are covered with overlays.

LIVEPaste a YouTube channel and see how many views land on videos with no working community link, ranked by what to fix first.
Result: 800+ people have used it.
How it works →

Creators who use YouTube videos to send viewers into their paid community.
Old videos keep getting views, but many have no link to the community, or a link buried where nobody sees it. That traffic quietly leaks away and the creator never knows how much.
"You have 3.9 million views a month arriving with nowhere to go. Fix these ten videos first."
Example shown: the School of Hard Knocks channel, scanned from public data.

LIVEMove five sliders and see how many months it takes an ad platform to earn back what it spends sending you members.
Result: 600+ communities used it on day one after Skool News featured it. 1,000+ since.
How it works →
Community owners deciding whether to pay Skool to advertise their group.
Skool runs ads for groups through a feature called Growth Boost. Owners assume the highest bidder wins. It doesn't: Skool favours the group that pays back its ad money fastest. Most owners never see that number.
The one number Skool judges you on, made visible, with the single move that changes it.

LIVESits on a community owner's page and lists the money at risk, from declined cards to quiet payers, biggest first.
Result: live on the Chrome Web Store with 90 users and 5.0 stars.
How it works →
Community owners who want to know where their monthly revenue is slipping.
The platform shows owners plenty of charts, but not the answer: which members are about to cost them money. Declined cards, people cancelling and quiet payers sit in different screens.
A short list of the members worth contacting this week, with the dollars attached.

LIVESix taps and a community owner learns the one change most likely to grow their monthly revenue, with a dollar figure.
Result: 647 quiz runs, 73 left their email for the full plan.
How it works →
Community owners who know they want more revenue but not which change to make first.
There are dozens of ways to grow a membership business: raise prices, add tiers, cut churn, convert free members. Owners try them all at once and none of them land.
"Your biggest move is worth about +$539 a month. Do this one first."
647 quiz runs so far. 73 owners left their email for the full plan.

LIVEPaste a community link and see its cover as a sponsored Instagram or Facebook post, with a score and one fix.
Result: shows owners the ad strangers already see, which Skool never previews.
How it works →
Community owners whose group is being advertised on Instagram and Facebook.
Skool turns a group's cover image into ads that strangers see in their feed. The owner never gets to see that ad, so a cover that looks fine on the page can look terrible in a feed.
The ad strangers already see, shown to the owner for the first time, with the one change that makes it work harder.
